Bank Of America currently has a program that they call Photo Expressions. They allow customers the ability to place a custom image on a credit card that they are applying for, or also an existing card that they have with the bank.

Capital One has a program called the Capital One Image Card Program that allows you to add a custom image to any credit card you have with them, or are planning on applying for with them.
